Like all web servers, ours records basic technical logs (such as your IP address, the page requested and the time). We use these only to keep the site secure and working, and delete them on a regular schedule.

When you contact us

If you email, phone or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you send, such as your name, contact details and your question. We use them only to reply and, if you apply, to deal with your application. Please do not send health information.

WhatsApp is run by Meta and your email is handled by your provider and ours. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle messages.

Your rights
